Showpad's platform, the Enablement Operating System (eOS), supports 500K+ active users across 6K+ divisions, managing 6M+ assets and 40K+ experiences. Bert walked through two core scaling challenges: how to maintain and evolve product-market fit at that scale, and how to structure a product organization that keeps growing without collapsing under its own weight.
His talk was grounded in specific numbers, real org charts, and the hard-won lessons of a company that had to reinvent its product approach multiple times as it grew from a mobile-first iOS app into an enterprise platform.
