What if you could turn a client request into a clickable, interactive prototype before the meeting ends? That was the challenge Bjorn Vuylsteker set for himself during the live demo portion of The Product Consortium's Vibe Code Workshop. Starting from nothing more than a spoken idea, he built a working AI chatbot prototype for WeGroup's insurance broker platform in roughly ten minutes, at zero cost.
The demo was not about shipping production software. It was about collapsing the gap between idea and validated feedback. By combining three free tools into a simple pipeline, Bjorn showed how product managers can put something real in front of stakeholders fast enough that the conversation shifts from abstract specs to concrete reactions.

The Old Way: Weeks of Telephone
Bjorn opened with a familiar scenario. A client asks for a new feature. The product team kicks off research, writes specs, hands those specs to design, and waits. Weeks later, the design team delivers a set of variations. The specs go through another round of review, get handed to engineering, and eventually a first MVP ships. The client sees it and flags thirty things that are not what they wanted.
